The initial date of waste accumulation <br /> shall be clearly marked and visible for inspection on each container used for satellite accumulation of hazardous <br /> waste. Immediately mark the start date on the label. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> One black metal bucket of metal shavings was observed without hazardous properties on the label. This was <br /> corrected on site during the inspection. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br /> information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 26, 2018. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
