Telephone local emergency agency (fire. police, hazardous material, etc) <br /> 2. Announce the evacuation a minimum of twice and as often as necessary to <br /> ensure everyone is alerted <br /> 3. Check all areas of all departments to assure all employees have been safely <br /> evacuated <br /> 4. Secure all cash, checks, and charge documents in the safe if time permits <br /> 5. Take a head count of all employees. <br /> E. Verify headcount of all employees and report unaccounted for employees to <br /> authorities. <br /> 7. Do not allow any employee to re-enter the building until cleared to do so by <br /> authorities. <br /> $. Dismiss all non-essential employees <br /> 9.
