The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for PREMIER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF TRACY as of September 1120181 Open violations from July 26 , 2018 inspection Violation #103 - Failed to retain hazardous waste determination including waste analysis on site for 3 years . No waste analysis was available for the oikwater clarifier waste . This waste is being disposed of as non -hazardous waste . A generator shall make a hazardous waste determination and keep a record of any test results , waste analyses , or other determinations made in accordance with hazardous waste regulations for at least three years from the date that the waste was last disposed of. Immediately locate a copy of the waste analysis conducted for the oikwater clarifier waste and submit a copy to the EHD . If a copy is unavailable , immediately make a hazardous waste determination and begin managing the oikwater clarifier waste under Title 22 hazardous waste regulations . Violation #108 - Contingency plan is incomplete . The facility' s contingency plan is incomplete . A list of emergency equipment was not included in the contingency plan . The contingency plan must include : 1 . Description of actions facility personnel will take in response to fires , explosions , or any sudden or non -sudden release of hazardous waste to air, soil or surface water at the facility; 2 . Description of arrangements made with local police departments , fire departments , hospitals , contractors and State and local emergency response teams to coordinate emergency services ; 3 . List of names , addresses , and phone numbers (office/home/cell ) of all persons qualified to act as emergency coordinator. Where more than one person is listed , one shall be named as the primary emergency coordinator and all others in order in which they will assume responsibilities ; 4 . List all emergency equipment, which includes location , physical description , and brief outline of its capabilities ; 5 . Evacuation routes for facility personnel where there is a possibility of evacuation ; 6 . Current telephone number for State Office of Emergency Services . If the facility has a Spill Prevention , Control and Countermeasures plan , or some other emergency or contingency plan , the owner or operator need only amend that plan to incorporate hazardous waste management provisions that are sufficient to comply with the requirements of this chapter. Immediately prepare or amend an existing plan to fulfill the requirements of this chapter. Submit a copy of the contingency plan to the EHD . Violation #110 - Contingency plan not current. The emergency coordinator listed in the contingency plan was Ron Imperiale . Ron Imperiale is no longer employed at Premier Chrysler, Dodge , Jeep , Ram of Tracy. There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures .
