<br /> and to la bound by the terms and conditions (1) set forth in (a) the
<br /> General Tenus and Conditions provided separately to Customer or (b)

<br /> agrees that it will nutintroduce tiny substance into the solvent or
<br /> aqueous cleaning solution, including without limitation any hazardous
<br /> waste or hazardous waste constituent, eXcept to the extent such
<br /> introduction is incidental .to tlm normal use of the machine. Customer
<br /> further agrees that it will not clean Parts/paint puns that have been
<br /> contaminated with or otherwise introduce polychlorinated hiphanyls
<br /> 07CR's),-herbicides,-Pesticides,-dioxins or-listed hazardaus waste
<br /> into the solvent or aqueous cleaning solution. Safety-Kleen has the
<br /> capacity and is permitted to accept, stare, and/or reclaim the spent
<br /> parts washer solvent; paint thinners, solvents and paintsgenerated by
<br /> custurmer; or dry cleaning filter cartridges, powder, and still
<br /> _ res idue, ,,.nlaiuing perchloroethylene, petraleum naphtha, or
<br /> trip.,v(.n br.,uethaue dry cleaning solvents. Customer agrees that it
<br /> is ;I-1. for properly classifying its waste streams as Used oil
<br /> a Nuuha.ard,,,,,Cate in accordance with the provision of 40 CFR
<br /> 262.11 ar„I aPi,l;, I,le state laws. Customer agrees that it will Trot
<br /> introduce any nue conforming substance into the SK property,
<br /> including, r.iLlwut lmaitation, any hazardous waste or hazardous vlaste
<br /> constitucr,t,O-e-, polychlorinated biphenyls C'PCBs"), herbicides,
<br /> _pesticides,.djux�ills,.or listed hazardous wastes) except to the extent
<br /> such introduction is incidental to the normal use of the SK Property.
<br /> In the event of the 'introduction of such non-conforaling haaar•duos
<br /> waste, Customer• auvees that it will be responsible for all custy vivid
<br /> remedfatiun expenses related to or arising from the propel-
<br /> and
<br /> roperand disposal of the non-cmrforming waste, including the cost of
<br /> equipumnL decuu twn illation and subsequent disposal. Final inva;c;ug
<br /> will be based un the actual services provided. which may include
