I did not see any mention of these dark solids in the return to compliance documents you sent me. In addition, did the waste from the oily staining get disposed of as a hazardous waste? I need a written confirmation. Violation 104: 1 need a complete contingency plan. Violation 110/113: 1 need all complete disposal records for 2013 and 2014. Violation 605: 1 need a corrective action statement for the hazardous waste labels.
