This binder will house the following documentation . <br /> CONTINGENCY PLAN / EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> The Contingency Plan contains emergency contact information for designated <br /> Emergency coordinators and local first responding agencies and must be posted by <br /> the phone in the office . ( i <br /> The Emergency Response Plan is designed to give guidance to Store Management in <br /> I ' <br /> the event of an emergency such as a Hazardous Waste spill or fire . A printed copy of <br /> the Emergency Response Plan must be kept in the Hazardous Waste Management 2 ry moo: -- <br /> Binder. <br /> Contingency Plan <br /> UNIFIED PROGRAM ( HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BUSINESS PLAN ) — ( CA Only) <br /> In accordance with regulatory standards , each 99¢ Only retail store operating in the State of California must <br /> submit a Hazardous Materials Business Plan ( HMBP) to the local regulatory agency or CUPA . An HMBP <br /> provides responders with information on what specific materials are located on your facility , where they are <br /> located , and the amounts . This enables them to respond in a way that protects both the environment and all <br /> the people involved . Each store must have a copy of their current HMBP in the Hazardous Waste <br /> Management Binder. <br /> SITE MAP — ( CA Only) <br /> The facility Site map is filed with the local CUPA to provide first responders with detailed information about <br /> the facility so they may respond in a safe and effective manner in the event of an emergency . A copy of the <br /> facility site map is kept in the Hazardous Waste Management Binder for all 99ers to review. <br /> MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet) <br /> An MSDS is a form containing information about the properties of a substance that has <br /> hazardous properties . MSDS can be accessed from the back office computer by <br /> clicking the pictured MSDS icon . The MSDS can be used to determine whether a 44 <br /> material is Hazardous . The MSDS also contains safety and first aid information . Store <br /> Management must provide access to the MSDS to any 99ers upon request . <br /> If you cannot find an item in the MSDS , contact StrongPak ( 800) 815-3770 . <br /> MSDSICON <br /> HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM MANUAL <br /> This Manual must be kept in the Hazardous Waste Management Binder where it is available for all 99ers to <br /> review. <br /> It is the Store Manager's responsibility to maintain the Hazardous Waste Management Binder current with <br /> the latest procedures and documents. <br /> Confidential Information.
