The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for TRACY MAINTENANCE STATION as of December19 , 2018 . Open violations from November 08 , 2018 inspection Violation #110 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years . Manifest numbers : -015482324JJK (6/21 / 18 ) -006325791SKS ( 1 / 16/ 18 ) -006136894SKS ( 8/4/ 17 ) -005786296SKS ( 5/ 12/ 17 ) -005758905SKS (2/8/ 17 ) -005728358SKS ( 11 /18/ 16 ) -005452170SKS (8/ 1 / 16 ) -005197132SKS (4/7/ 16 ) -005165850SKS ( 1 /8/ 16 ) were found without a signed off copy from the destination facility. Manifest: -006340660SKS ( 9/20/ 17 ) was not found on site . Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the destination facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator' s waste was submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest , with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery . This information shall be submitted to : DTSC Report Repository Generator Information Services Section P . O . Box 806 Sacramento , CA 95812-0806 Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC . Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC . Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil from November 2015 through November 2018 were not found on site . Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review . Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years , maintain them on site , and submit copies to the EHD . Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days . The used oil tank had an accumulation start date of 4/21 /2016 . Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days . Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD . Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste . One black metal 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters was observed without an accumulation start date in the shop . All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : - the words " Hazardous Waste" - name and address of generator - hazardous properties - physical state - composition (contents) - accumulation start date Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information . Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days , immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD .
