The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TRACY MAINTENANCE STATION as of December19 , 2018 . <br /> Open violations from November 08 , 2018 inspection <br /> Violation #110 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years . <br /> Manifest numbers : <br /> -015482324JJK (6/21 / 18 ) <br /> -006325791SKS ( 1 / 16/ 18 ) <br /> -006136894SKS ( 8/4/ 17 ) <br /> -005786296SKS ( 5/ 12/ 17 ) <br /> -005758905SKS (2/8/ 17 ) <br /> -005728358SKS ( 11 /18/ 16 ) <br /> -005452170SKS (8/ 1 / 16 ) <br /> -005197132SKS (4/7/ 16 ) <br /> -005165850SKS ( 1 /8/ 16 ) <br /> were found without a signed off copy from the destination facility. Manifest: <br /> -006340660SKS ( 9/20/ 17 ) <br /> was not found on site . Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the destination <br /> facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the generator did not receive a copy of <br /> the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator' s waste <br /> was submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall <br /> submit a legible copy of the missing manifest , with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation <br /> of delivery . This information shall be submitted to : <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P . O . Box 806 <br /> Sacramento , CA 95812-0806 <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC . <br /> Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC . <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil from November 2015 through November 2018 were not <br /> found on site . Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and <br /> all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review . Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years , maintain them on site , and <br /> submit copies to the EHD . <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days . <br /> The used oil tank had an accumulation start date of 4/21 /2016 . Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of <br /> hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site <br /> up to 180 days . Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest <br /> and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD . <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste . <br /> One black metal 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters was observed without an accumulation start date in the <br /> shop . All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : <br /> - the words " Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information . <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days , immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD . <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
