Statement- Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report <br /> Broadbase Jiffy Lube store 2322 Lodi, CA <br /> 404: Top of coolant waste tank had an open hole. We had <br /> California Coolant bring us a new waste tank. Picture included. <br /> 601: ASE failed to label drum after pickup. Immediately after visit <br /> I called ASE and had them do a pickup and made sure new labels <br /> were put on drum. Picture and manifest included. <br /> 605: After pickup ASE failed to label drums. Immediately after <br /> visit I called ASE and scheduled a pickup. I made sure while ASE <br /> was here I had them put new labels on drum. Current Manifest and <br /> pictures included. <br /> 804: During visit I had employee put used bulbs in container. <br /> Pictures included. Manifest sent in previous packet to Mr. <br /> Cockapit. <br /> 808: During visit I had employee label all used bulbs. Pictures <br /> included. Manifest sent in previous packet to Mr. Cockapit. <br /> 809: The bulbs that were not labeled were labeled and disposed of <br /> properly. Manifest sent to Mr. Cockapit in previous packet. <br />
