This <br /> assessment shall be obtained prior to placing the tank system in service, and shall be kept on file at the <br /> facility. Correct immediately by obtaining the required tank assessment for the used oil tank per Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations. Submit a copy to the EHD. <br /> 301. In bay 3, the flexible piping for oil transfer is weeping oil onto the shop basement floor. In the <br /> basement, next to the coolant container is an oil pump with the stuffed animal cow affixed to it. This <br /> pump that is mounted on the wall is weeping oil onto the shop basement floor. Facility failed to minimize <br /> the release of a hazardous waste. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility <br /> of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten <br /> human health or the environment. Immediately clean up the spilled oil and manage the waste generated <br /> according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br /> explaining how this waste was managed by 9-11-14. <br /> 605. In the outside hazardous waste storage area, the 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste solids did <br /> not have marked a hazardous waste property. In the outside hazardous waste storage area, the 55 <br /> gallon drum of hazardous waste oily water did not have marked the hazardous waste property nor the <br /> physical state. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> During the inspection these the hazardous waste property and physical state were marked.
