Since the inspection was completed in June,the drums from <br /> 155 g drum of soap was not labeled,unknown how long it has been onsite Maintenance and OS&D have been removed by a licensed hazardous waste hauler.Manifests are <br /> 605 155 g drum of used antifreeze did not have the hazardous property marked,and had a start also located onsite in the binder as well as maintained by electronic copy. New drums being usedCorrected <br /> accumulation date or 5/5/2014 are labeled properly at this time. <br /> 155 g drum of used oil did not have the hazardous property marked <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the require <br /> information.Since if cannot be determined how long the above hazardous wastes have been <br /> onsite,immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste and <br /> HSC 25201.16(h)(4)No written operating procedure for aerosol can processing <br /> Aerosol cans are punctured and drained and no operating procedures have been developed and <br /> implemented.Aerosol cans may be processed only if a universal waste handler ensures that the <br /> processing operations are performed safely by developing and implementing a written operating <br /> procedure detailing the safe processing of aerosol cans.This procedure shall,at a minimum, <br /> include all of the following: <br /> At the time of the inspection,the facility was processing aerosol cans onsite.
