Time In: 1:05 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:45 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: WEBSTERS COUNTRY BURGER DRIVE-IN Date: 09/29/2020 <br /> Address: 18737 E HWY 88 , CLEMENTS 95227 <br /> Owner/Operator: WEBSTER, PENELOPE SUE Telephone: (209)470-0759 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052715 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THERE IS NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, NO MASKS, TABLES DO NOT GET WASHED, <br /> BATHROOMS ARE DIRTY,AND GARBAGE IS OVERFILLED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS:There are 2 buckets with wiping cloths at kitchen area. One is for outdoor tables and the other one for <br /> kitchen use. The outdoor bucket has a chlorine concentration of less that 100 ppm. The one for the kitchen lacks sanitizer. <br /> Both buckets shall have a chlorine concentration of 100 ppm or higher. Correct today. Check levels on a routine basis with <br /> sanitizer test strips. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. (I 13984(e), 114097, <br /> 114099.1, 114099.4, 114099.6, 114101 (b-d), 114105, 114109, 114111, 114113, 114115(a,b, d), 114117, 114125(b), 114135, 114141) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of this complaint. She stated that during the last inspection that took place in July of <br /> 2020 inspector told them that masks were not currently required. Out door dining tables are cleaned and sanitized as needed. <br /> They are wiped before sales start and then as needed. Rest rooms are cleaned daily. Garbage is picked up on a routine <br /> basis. <br /> Observations: Several dining tables(they are permanently bolted to ground)are not 6 feet apart; Employees are not using <br /> masks; Rest rooms are clean but did notice that hand sink is stained from age; Garbage bin and garbage cans were not <br /> overfilled at time of inspection;Tables do not look dirty. <br /> Corrections: Social distancing is currently required.Any table and chair that is not 6 feet apart from the other ones shall be <br /> marked "Due to current social distancing protocols, this table is not available". Employees are currently required to use <br /> masks.
