The former underground storage <br /> tank(s) (UST) cannot be recommended for final closure without <br /> further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil <br /> and/or groundwater problem. <br /> In addition, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) is providing you notification that an "Underground <br /> Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak) /Contaminated Site Report" <br /> has been filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health and Safety <br /> Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your <br /> facility, San Joaquin County PHS/EHD has been designated by the <br /> State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local <br /> agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST' s.
