Waste pharmaceuticals are <br /> required to be labeled and handled as medical waste and hauled by a California certified <br /> medical waste or hazardous waste hauler. Begin this practice immediately. <br /> Provide requested information and be aware that failure to comply results in continuing <br /> violations.
