RIVERBANK CITY DUMP
SITE NUMBER: 39-AA-0029
27TCCR20750- Fiscal budget year 07-08 Public Works will budget$18,000 for
the construction of two concrete bunkers for recyclables. One will be designated for
green waste as a temporary holding area. Only used in an after hour emergency by stand-
by personnel. The city has a contract with JAMC for disposal of green waste and will
remove material from bunker and haul to the facility during the next normal working day.
The second bunker will be designated for broken concrete. This material will be hauled to
Munn& Perkins plant near Escalon Ca.
27TCCR21140- City staff will hand pick up surface debris and dispose into trash
bin that is located at the site. The city has several yards of uncontaminated top soil for
surface grading and will distribute evenly over site to prevent future erosion.
27TCCR21142-Any visible material protruding above ground level will be cutoff
at the surface and disposed of. Final grading will be kept as close to natural elevations to
ensure proper drainage and not to impact surrounding area.
Notes:
c.) City of Riverbank contracts with Gilton Solid Waste Management
INC. and they haul all sweepings to their facility.
