Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br /> Riverbank City Dump (39-CR-0029) <br /> 3/6/2024 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Litter observed on the slope facing the treatment ponds and east of the fenced in area with <br /> the dumpster. <br /> 2. There were no issues with site security or the vegetation. <br /> 3. Erosion channels observed on the slope facing the treatment ponds. <br /> 4. Two bait stations were observed on site. A burrow was observed east of the tree, above the <br /> slope. Ensure bait stations are maintained and contain bait. <br /> 5. Glass fragments observed inside of the fenced area with the dumpster. Cover exposed <br /> glass. <br /> 6. On February 21, 2024, the LEA approved the Site Characterization \/Fork Plan, which was <br /> submitted on February 15, 2024 by SWT Engineering. A letter of approval was sent on <br /> February 21, 2024. <br /> 7. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br /> the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br /> to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br /> agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br /> activities for such PCLU. <br /> 8.
