On the behalf of Orchard Supply and Hardware (OSH), I am confirming the closure of 0 S Store # 180 Hazardous Waste Permit, and all documentation necessary to do so . • Please see the attached Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest for the waste items found during the inspection. All waste has been removed . • During the inspection other items were observed, but were either not waste, or managed by the vendor during the final closure . o 13 Fluorescent Lamps were managed by the liquidation vendor during the final closure . o Electronic Anti-Theft Devices were managed by the liquidation vendor during the final closure. o Benjamin Moore Paint was managed by the liquidation vendor during the final closure . o Ricoh Ink Toners were managed by the liquidation vendor during the final closure . o Bayer Advanced Rose Care was managed by the liquidation vendor during the final closure . o Bag containing aerosols, silicone, and other varies items was managed by the liquidation vendor during the final closure .
