To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: Return to compliance certification, free cupa classes flier, HHW <br /> brochure, hazardous waste minimum requirements sheet <br /> Waste streams found: Used oil, waste ink, oily solids, universal waste aerosols. <br /> The following minor violations were corrected on site: <br /> Minor violation 1: OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan was not posted at the facility. <br /> -Operator filled out modified contingency plan while inspector was on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and <br /> the telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> Minor violation 2: OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> The containers were: <br /> -One 55-gallon container with used oil lacking a hazardous waste label. Operator filled out hazardous waste <br /> label adding generator name and address, contents, physical state, hazardous properties and accumulation <br /> start date. <br /> -One 55-gallon container with oily solids lacking accumulation start date and hazardous properties.
