S b N J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: SUPERSAVE MARKET, 39 W DR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR BLVD, STOCKTON 95206 <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw lots of flies at meat dept. Front door was open. Keep doors closed to minimize fly population. Door <br /> was closed at end of inspection. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was aware of this complaint. He stated that customer placed a large order and he/she requested that <br /> gloves were to be changed constantly. Owner stated that due to COVID-19 he is having a hard time buying gloves so his <br /> employees tell customers that if they request glove change,then it will cost an additional 50 cents per State. I told owner that <br /> he can't say that it is required by the enforcement agency. <br /> Observations:All meats in display were separated according to type of meat or poultry. One employee rinsed gloves in hand <br /> sink. He left to do another task and then took off gloves. He then rinsed his hands. Kept wet hands and put on clean gloves. <br /> Observed lots of flies and front entrance door was open. Hand sink at meat dept lacks hand soap. Owner stated that <br /> dispenser leaks and refilled it.
