COMPLAINANT WAS AT THE RESTAURANT ON 09/17/20 AND THE <br /> ENTIRE INDOOR DINING ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY PACKED. ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE KITCHEN WERE <br /> NOT WEARING MASKS(ENTIRE KITCHEN AREA IS VISIBLE FROM THE DINING ROOM)THE BAR AREA WAS <br /> COMPLETELY FULL WITH NO SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES BEING ENFORCED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke with operator that received a phone call from the law enforcement about the same complaint. Operator stated that <br /> facility is implementing the 6 feet social distancing at the bar and at the dining area. He stated that some employees at the <br /> cook line might put down the masks for better breathing specially with high temperature.
