PEN PASSED TO CUSTOMERS, USED TO WRITE ON CUPS, USED BY <br /> FOOD PREP STAFF. TABLES NOT WIPED BETWEEN CUSTOMERS, COMMUNITY CONDIMENTS ON TABLES. <br /> (9-20-20) <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. She is not aware of the complaint. She stated that they are wearing masks at all times but <br /> not wearing gloves when they serve customers in the outside dining area.
