(PPE) <br /> Must understand importance of preventing spills and/or sludges in the effluent discharge from <br /> the pretreatment plant. <br /> utility <br /> Must have mechanical skills necessary to repair and maintain equipment such as trailers, <br /> containers,change tires,etc. <br /> Must understand mid follow guidelines covering use of PPE. <br /> Mechanic <br /> Must have knowledge and mechanical skills necessary to repair and maintain <br /> diesel engines and trucks. <br /> Trainiing <br /> In addition to job related training provided by the Machinists Union and the company <br /> prior to assignment,mid to continuing on the job training provided by the company,the <br /> following training is provided to all employees in the above categories. Training is provided <br /> at time of hire and is reinforced at least annually. <br /> • HazmaOiazardous waste handling,including use of Safety Data Sheets(SDS)and PPE <br /> • Emergency procedures,including emergency shut down,spill preventionn/clearup/reportitng, <br /> lire alann and evacuation,notification of emergency responders. <br /> • Discharge criteria,slug prevention,storm water pollution prevention. <br />
