EMPLOYEES ARE HOME <br /> WITH NAUSEA AND VOMITING. FACILITY IS CLOSED FOR DEEP CLEANING <br /> REFERRED FROM PUBLIC HEALTH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. She <br /> continued to explained that none of the associates have left town or visited any area for vacation to her knowledge, and staff <br /> are all encouraged to tell management if they are feeling ill before going into work. None of the associates stated coming in <br /> contact with any forms of illness outside of work, some staff do eat food that is prepared on site and all staff are trained in <br /> proper food safety techniques according to the manager. One staff was working for almost 7 hours in the food preparation line <br /> beforethey went to the restroom to vomit.After doing so,they alerted management and were asked to go home to rest. <br /> Management later stated that there have been no changes to the vendors and no products that leave the kitchen are allowed <br /> to come back into the kitchen,they are discoed. Recent reported illness by an associate was stated to be on July 1st,when <br /> an associate who was working the cashier for about 2 hours complained of feeling nauseas.
