Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection conducted to verify compliance with food safety. <br /> Went to the facility and spoke with the managers onsite.They informed me that the fire occurred on the top part of pizza <br /> oven.The ansul system did not go off.There were no damage to any equipment or structures.The fire department put out the <br /> fire.The fire department shut the gas off and turned it back on after the fire was put out.All foods that were open, and on prep <br /> tables were discarded.
