I provide annual reports demonstrating the expenditure of the funds and describing the specific 2 activities completed. These reports shall be submitted to Plaintiff pursuant to Paragraph 16 3 herein. 4 (f) FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,040.00),by check, made 5 payable to the Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust bund ("EPPF Trust") 6 to be used for purposes consistent with the mission of the EPPF Trust. This check shall be 7 delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within 30 days of the Effective Date of the Final 8 Judgment entered in this action. 9 (g) FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000.00), by check, made 10 payable to the California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA)to fund 11 scholarships for attendance and participation at training sessions presented at the California 12 Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP)provided through CHMIA. 13 Each of these scholarships shall cover session registration, travel, food, lodging and incidentals. 14 This check shall be delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within 30 days of the 15 Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action. 16 (h) ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) shall be expended by Defendants 17 over the five years following the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action, on 18 the implementation of Defendants' Fiberlite Lid Replacement Project, which is described in 19 Exhibit E. This Supplemental Environmental Project is designed to advance the environmental 20 goals underlying the California Health and Safety Code and to improve the overall environmental 21 health of the citizens of the State of California,through the replacement of manway covers at 22 UST sites owned or operated by Defendants in California to facilitate access to and monitoring of 23 leaks from underground storage systems at their UST station sites. Defendants shall, until the 24 exhaustion of the funds, provide annual reports demonstrating the expenditure of the funds and 25 describing the specific activities completed. These reports shall be submitted to Plaintiff pursuant 26 to Paragraph 16 herein. 27 (i) TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000.00) shall be expended by Defendants 28 collectively over the five years following the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this I3 Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction
