The California Retail Food Code sections 114295, 114297
require that you operate out of an approved commissary to service your vehicle at least once
every day. Mobile food preparation units shall be stored, cleaned, and serviced at or within a
commissary or other facility approved by the enforcement agency.
Your permit for the above mentioned MFPU is suspended. If you intend to continue the
operation of your MFPU and want to preclude the revocation of your permit, you must submit
the enclosed "Verification of Commissary"for approval within 15 days from the date of this letter.
If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact Scott Sangalang, Senior
R.E.H.S., at (209) 468-3452.
eff 5CarProgram Coordinator
Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
