According to Figure 4 of the work plan, 2 wells and 2 soil gas wells are to be installed on each property. One permit application for each type of well/boring per parcel is required. There should be a total of 4 permit applications to be submitted. The fees will be as following: 1. Work plan review fee: $456 2. MW permit fee: $304($152 x 2) 2222 Airport Way 3.
