Ability to follow directions. <br /> PHYSICAL Excessive reaches. Ability to sit on chairs for long periods of time. <br /> STANDARDS: Good eyesight with corrective lenses. Strong physical health. <br /> JOB HAZARDS: Repetitive motions. Exposure to vibrating equipment or tools. <br /> Posture: bent wrist or extended elbow or both. <br /> SAFETY <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> REQUIRED: Safety glasses suggested. Hard Hat. Seatbelts at all times. <br /> SAFE CONDITIONS: <br /> Employees shall be properly instructed on the hazards of their work and of safe practices by bulletins, <br /> printed rules,verbal instructions and periodic safety meetings. <br /> SAFE PRACTICES <br /> 1. All maintenance should be done by professionals. <br /> 2. Never enter roadway or grade unless the access roadway or grade is constructed <br /> and maintained to accommodate safely the movement of the vehicles involved. <br /> 3. Every emergency access ramp and beam used by an employee shall be constructed <br /> to restrain and control runaway vehicles. <br /> 4. Brake all earth-moving equipment shall have braking systems capable of stopping and <br /> holding the equipment full load. <br /> 5. Maximum speed 15 MPH. <br /> d. All equipment shall have rollover protection structures(BOPS). <br /> 7. Always make sure the audible alarms are working forward and when reversed. <br /> 8. Never operate with an obstructed view,front or rear. <br /> 9. Do not alter without notification to manufacturers. <br /> 10. No steering knobs. <br /> 11. Overhead guards are to be in place. <br /> 12. No unauthorized personnel shall be permitted to drive/ride. <br /> 13. Always visually inspect all equipment and fill out the daily log. Always keep a maintenance <br /> log book. <br /> 14. Follow all Company safety rules and policies. <br /> 15.
