Employees must report all unsafe work place conditions. <br /> 2. Adequate aisle space shall be maintained. <br /> 3. Workplace should be maintained clean and dry, Any spills must be immediately cleaned up. <br /> 4. Appropriate footwear should be worn-no open-toed shoes or sandals. <br /> 5. When carrying loads,care should be exercised to avoid over-exertion and strain. Use dollies. <br /> 6. Smoking is allowed in designated places only. <br /> 7. Never exceed your knowledge. <br /> 8.
