Benjamin Escotto [EH]
From: Benjamin Escotto [EH]
Sent: Thursday, March 14, 2013 11:13 AM
To: 'KClutter@iwpusa.com'
Subject: Transfer Station Inspection
Kevin,
I did the quarterly transfer station inspection at the Tracy site on 3/12/13. As we talked about, I need to review the
following documentation as part of the inspection: tonnage reports (1/2013-3/2013), load checking reports(1/2013-
3/2013), training documents(1/2013-3/2013), special occurrence (if any), and written complaints(if any). I did review
the onsite "pest sighting log." Last time we spoke (with my supervisor Robert McClellon),you were going to look into
determining if some of the streams of waste fall under"recycling center,"so as to keep the tonnage to under 15 tons
per day and keep the site status as a "limited volume transfer station." I have not heard back from you regarding this
matter. What is the status?
Ben Escotto, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
