Your emails go through our department quarantine system and for some reason,the quarantine system won't allow me to open them up (even our IT guys can't figure out why). So please send me the email with the pdf files again and if it still doesn't work,you'll probably have to mail copies to me. I am also getting the safety records for the site in the next day or two. Lastly-the site is not a recycling center by definition.And since bakery product seems to be considered a waste in the county's vernacular,then it seems that based on the tonnage,that a registration permit would be more appropriate than the notification.
