I will send addendum to that effect.
Kevin
From: Benjamin Escotto [EH] [bescotto@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday,July 15, 2013 9:11 AM
To: Kevin Clutter
Subject: Registration Permit Application
Kevin,
I have reviewed your Registration Permit Application and have the following comments:
1. For the annual loading, you indicate that the peak annual loading would be 10,000 tons. Are you sure that is
correct? If you operate at peak capacity(75 tons)for 5 days a week for a year, then you would be around 20,000 tons.
2. The days and hours of operation section needs to be completed.
Please make the following additions/changes by submitting a letter as an addendum to this application. Indicate on the
letter what additions/changes you are making to the application. Doing it this way allows you to not have to complete
another application and get the land owner's signature again. I have attached the application.
Contact me with any questions.
Ben Escotto,Senior RENS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
