I met and spoke with Ray as well as the property manager,John. According to
them Donna Stone has been at the site trapping the cats. John says that she has caught about 15 cats and there are about
25 more. Ray says that he has noticed a drop in the cat population. I did not see any cats around the building or in the
bakery waste. So I am pleased with the progress. The one thing I did need was a written document stating that the cats
would be trapped and moved off site as well as a tentative timeline for the removal of all of the cats. I spoke with Donna
a while back and she said that she would get a written document sent to IWP. I have not spoken with her since. Have you
received anything or know of anyone from IWP that has received something from her? I would like to have it before I
write up the report.
Ben Escotto, Senior RENS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
