Good attitude. Safety conscious. <br /> EMOTIONAL <br /> STANDARDS: Ability to handle repetitive work and still be safety conscious. <br /> PHYSICAL Strong back and arms. Able to sit for long periods. <br /> STANDARDS: Good eye sight. Able to judge distances. <br /> JOB HAZARDS: Repetitive wrist,shoulder,arm and back movements. <br /> Able to climb in and out of truck. <br /> SAFETY <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> REQUIRED: Always wear a seat belt. <br /> SAFE CO ITIOS: <br /> Employees shall be properly instructed on the hazards of their work and of safe practices by j <br /> bulletins,printed rules,verbal instructions and periodic safety meetings. <br /> f <br /> DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY IN ROUTE TO JOBSITE <br /> 1. Drive safely and defensively-that is:at a safe,slow speed allowing plenty of space <br /> between your truck and the vehicle ahead. <br /> 2. Obey all traffic laws and road signs. <br /> TRUCK DRIVER'S RESPONSIBILITIES AT JOBSITE <br /> 1. At jobsite,park truck on street and pre-walk the property looking for: <br /> a. Best spot to load while avoiding obstacles such as: <br /> 1. overhanging trees <br /> 2. electrical wires <br /> 3. surrounding vehicles <br /> 4. people on jobsite,etc. ; <br /> b. Inspect driveway condition. <br /> c. Inform all household members to remain inside house while roof is being loaded. <br /> d. Driver will use caution tape on jobsite marking off area around truck and safe <br /> loading area.
