The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for WIENERSCHNITZEL #836 as of November 24, 2020. <br /> Open violations from October 07, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#7-Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> Emergency response procedures were not submitted on California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)for <br /> 2020. <br /> The emergency response(ER)procedures have not been submitted. A business plan shall include the following <br /> emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not <br /> limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#8-Failed to establish and electronically submit a reasonable or an adequate training program. <br /> A training program was not submitted on California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)for 2020. <br /> A training program was lacking or insufficient. Training programs for all employees and annual training, including <br /> refresher courses, shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event <br /> of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the <br /> following: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. <br /> These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's <br /> training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
