The store director stated that the facility contains bait
boxes and spring loaded traps along the perimeter of the back storage area of the facility. Inspected the area where the water
is placed and sold from, observed roughly five rodent droppings and a bait trap but the droppings appeared to be aged. In the
back along the perimeter of the storage area for shipments, there are multiple bait boxes every 5-10 feet, with spring loaded
traps along the way as well. Some of the spring loaded traps have been sprung with nothing on them, however there is rodent
droppings along the perimeter as well, some are even around the bait boxes themselves.Advise the store director to remove
all droppings, sanitize area, place bait boxes back in original locations and to re-set spring loaded traps. Also advised to place
traps at all door openings to avoid rodents from entering if this is one of the methods they enter thefacility. Will return in 30
days, on or after 04/16/2020 to observe is issue worsens.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: nick berndt, store director
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0014921 C00051753 SCO04 03/16/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
