(113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The facility currently lacks hot water.The operator stated that the hot water heater had went out a day <br /> prior to my inspection and a handyman is expected to come into the facility today to check the heater.The water is only <br /> reaching the maximum 85F at this time for all sinks inside of the facility. Until the water heater is repaired,the hot water will <br /> be warmed to the appropriate temperature before used on either hand washing or ware-washing.A re-inspection must be <br /> conducted or facility will be closed due to the inability to provide hot water. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Operators on site have not obtained a food safety certificate.
