Renew, obtain and provide copies to Victor Acevedo(vmacevedo@sjgov.org)within 60 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties.
