Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed multiple rodent droppings inside multiple locations. The facility is serviced by a pest control <br /> company monthly and according to the invoice the facility was serviced a month prior to my inspection. Remove and sanitize <br /> entire area in which rodent droppings are located. Correct immediately and a re-inspection will be conducted in order to <br /> observe the status. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #42 Disposal of Garbage and Refuse <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed grease bin with lid open while not in use. Keep and maintain grease bin lid closed at all times. <br /> Asked worker on site to close bin we were leaving the facility, corrected on site. <br /> CAL CODE DESCRIPTION:All food waste and rubbish shall be kept in leakproof and rodent proof containers. Containers shall be <br /> covered at all times. All waste must be removed and disposed of as frequently as necessary to prevent a nuisance. The exterior <br /> premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish.
