Keep and maintain all carbon dioxide canisters secured to a stationary object at all times. Observed multiple areas with grease build up on the floor, behind equipment and debris build up inside of <br /> the ware-washing sinks. Clean and maintain organized in order to ensure facility is cleaned on a daily basis. Corrections <br /> need to be made immediately. <br /> Observe a large puddle of leaked soda or syrup underneath the soda machine near the drive-thru window. Clean and <br /> sanitize area to ensure a clean food preparation environment. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers.
