S A K J OA Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> G7reotne5S grows het Time In: 3:00 pm <br /> Time Out: 3:47 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: WATERLOO GUN AND BOCCE CLUB Date: 10/06/2020 <br /> Address: 4343 ASHLEY LN, STOCKTON 95212 <br /> Owner/Operator: RATTO, PAUL Telephone: (916)205-9475 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052724 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THIS FACILITY IS FILTHY AND BELIEVES IT NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED RIGHT AWAY. <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES THEY ARE CARELESS WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD HANDLING <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke to the owner in regards to the complaint and asked if they had any knowledge of the complaint.The <br /> owner stated having no knowledge of a complaint being made but invited me to inspect the facility. The facility was not in use <br /> at this time, but proper food handling was observed as containers contain labels, all food is stored away properly and hand <br /> washing stations are stocked.The facility was cleaned with no excess debris on the floors, observed items being removed <br /> from the walk in cooler to be thrown away, and areas were done being mopped before arrival.
