Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br /> for thirty-six months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br /> inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies of the missing reports to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the diesel 1 and 2 STP sumps, UDC 13/14, 5/6, 10, 12, and 14. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately two gallons of liquid from the diesel 1 and 2 <br /> STP sumps, UDC 13/14, 5/6, 10, 12, and 14. . Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of <br /> liquid. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br /> tested. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Racing fuel 100 spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All LISTS shall be equipped with a spill container that collects any hazardous <br /> substances spilled during delivery operations, that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that <br /> allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The spill container was replaced and retested during the inspection.
