PREVIOUSLY APPROVED FINDINGS FOR SITE APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900197 <br /> RANOALL P.RAJKOVICH ET AL./INSURANCE AUTO AUCTIONS,INC. <br /> 1. Tha proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards,and maps of the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> This finding can b¢mad¢because the proposed auto auction facility for indoor and outdoor <br /> vehicles may b¢ conditionally permitted in the 1-G (Industrial-G¢naral) zone with an <br /> approved Site Approval application. Tha project site has a General Plan designation of 1/G <br /> (Industrial-Ganaral) as wall_ As a result,the proposed project Is consistent with the goals, <br /> policies, standards and maps of [ha Ganaral Plen and there are no Master Plans, Specific <br /> Plans,and/or Special Purpose Plans in the project vicinity. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provided, and The proposetl improvements are properly related to existing and <br /> proposed roadways_ <br /> This finding can b¢mad¢because all roadway improvements,sanitation,water supply,and <br /> storm draina9¢ facilities have bean reviewed and the project has baso conditioned, <br /> accordingly.The project will b¢served by public water,sewer end storm drainage. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development- <br /> This finding can b¢ made because the 139.6-acre parcel is of adequate size and shape [o <br /> accommodate the proposed use, building coverage, setbacks, and other requirements of <br /> the O¢veloPment Tltl¢. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not ba significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or Improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> This finding can b¢ made because the Initial Study prepared for this project found no <br /> potentially significant anvironm¢ntal impacts that could not ba mitigated to a less than <br /> signiticant level. <br /> 5. Tha use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> This finding can ba made because the proposed use may ba conditionally permitted in the <br /> i-G (Industrial-General)zone with an approved Sita Approval application.Th¢ proposed use <br /> will not Interfere with nor alter the current land uses on adjoining properties_ The adjacent <br /> surrounding parcels era all zoned end/or developed with industrial uses. <br /> PA-1900197—Findings 1 <br />
