Baldwin Lane Stockton, San Joaquin County, California Terracon Project No. NA207072 Dear Mr. Paradiso: Per your request, our office conducted percolation tests for the site located at 1352 N. Baldwin Lane, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 101-130-74. The percolation tests were performed per the requirements of Section 9-1105 of the San Joaquin County Development code and San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Standards dated January 2017. The percolation test boring locations are shown on the attached Site Diagram (Exhibit 2). At the time of field work, the site consisted of vacant land. The following is a description of our field activities. FIELD ACTIVITIES On September 28, 2020, Terracon advanced one shallow boring (B1) to 3.5 feet below ground surface (bgs) and two deep borings (132) to 13.0 feet bgs and (B3)to 25.0 feet bgs. Borings were advanced using a 6" diameter auger. Field coordinates for each of the borings were recorded using a handheld global positioning system (GPS) device. All borings (B1 to 133) were prepared for a percolation test per the San Joaquin County EHD Percolation Test Procedure dated 2011. Approximately two inches of "pea gravel" was placed in the bottom of the open borings. A 2.0- inch diameter PVC pipe with perforations towards the bottom was installed on top of the gravel.
