COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THAT WHEN THEY WENT TO USE IT ON 9/5/2020, THERE WERE MULTIPLE MAGGOTS CRAWLING <br /> AROUND INSIDE OF THE BAG. COMPLAINANT HAD NOT OPENED IT BEFORE 9/5/2020. COMPLAINANT SPOKE <br /> WITH MANAGER,AND ALLEGES MANAGER DID NOT SEEM TO CARE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with a manager who was aware of compliant prior to my investigation. <br /> Per manager, complainant alleges that the bread has"maggots that are visible to the human eye" <br /> Per manager, he spoke with vendor on 9/9/2020. <br /> Vendor then spoke with manufacturer who will look into the bread packaging process. <br /> During my investigation, the manager opened a bag of Wonder bread he took off of the shelf and halved 3 slices of bread <br /> from the loaf, I did not observe "multiple maggots crawling around the inside of the bag" <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
