The load-checking inspector will complete the load checking <br /> data sheet (Attachment I) , and along with the driver, sign the <br /> form. <br /> If hazardous or other unacceptable wastes are identified, the <br /> responsible party will be notified that the wastes must be <br /> removed from the facility premises and arrangements made for <br /> their proper disposal. <br />
