(CWRS) for a Use Permit to expand an existing solid waste transfer <br /> station and' resource recovery facility located at 1333 East Turner Road in <br /> an area zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial . <br /> The Planning Commission's approval is subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. that the Lodi Public Works Department's concerns about wastewater and <br /> drainage, outlined in a memorandum of September 19, 1990 be addressed,; <br /> and <br /> 2. that the project pay the traffic mitigation fees presently under <br /> consideration by the City Council . <br /> In a related item the Planning Commission certified the Final Environmental <br /> Impact Report, including the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, as <br /> adequate environmental documentation for this project. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> M S.
