BOX 2009 • STOCKTON,CA 95201 <br /> CONDITIONS FOR 84-138 CALIFORNIA WASTE REMOVAL SYS. <br /> 1-The ground material shall be loaded directly into the outgoing trucks via <br /> a belt conveyor and through a vinyl chute. <br /> 2-There shall be no stockpiling of the ground material. <br /> 3-At least four spray nozzles each delivering a minimum of 1.8 gpm @30 psi <br /> shall be maintained operational at all times over the tub grinder. <br /> 4-At least one spray nozzle delivering a minimum of 1. 3 gpm @30 psi shall <br /> be maintained operational at all times over the truck loadout chute. <br /> 5-All spray nozzles shall be in operation prior to running the grinder. <br /> 6-No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period <br /> or periods aggregating more than 3 minutes in any one hour which is as dark <br /> or darker than Ringelmann l or equivalent 20% opacity. <br /> 7-The permittee shall notify the District of location and the extent of the <br /> job prior to moving the grinder to any other temporary sites. <br />
