construction of this stockpile area and the method of controlling <br /> emissions will be the same as described above for the <br /> contaminated soil stockpile. <br /> A double-wide mobile building (24 'X60 ' ) will house the facility <br /> offices, analytical laboratory, eating area/driver's room and <br /> restrooms. <br /> The utility requirements of the facility are 35 kilowatts of <br /> electricity and about 3,000 cubic feet per hour of natural gas. <br /> The only water required by the facility is a few hundred gallons <br /> to initially charge the unit. These utilities are currently <br /> available at this site and will be permanently connected to the <br /> operating equipment.. <br />
