CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 92-130 <br /> FOR <br /> SOILS RECYCLING FACILITY <br /> WESTERN SOILS RECYCLING, AND <br /> CALIFORNIA WASTE REMOVAL SYSTEMS <br /> CLASS II WASTE PILES <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data required by this program, the Discharger shall <br /> arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the constituents, the <br /> concentrations, and the units are readily discernible. The data shall be <br /> summarized in such a manner so as to i 1 lustrate clearly the compliance with waste <br /> discharge requirements or the lack thereof. A short discussion of the monitoring <br /> results, including notations of any water quality violations, shall precede the <br /> tabular summaries. The Discharger is encouraged to submit a copy of its <br /> monitoring data in a computer compatible format with the intent that storage of <br /> paper monitoring reports at the Regional Board and the Soils Recycling Facility <br /> offices may be reduced in the future. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of <br /> the month following the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> A semi-annual report shall be submitted to the Board which contains both tabular <br /> and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous six <br /> months. The report shall include a discussion of the progress toward <br /> reestablishment of compliance with waste discharge requirements and water quality <br /> protection standards. <br /> UNTREATED SOIL MONITORING <br /> The Discharger shall monitor each lot of soil discharged to Class II Waste Pile <br /> "A" and report to the Board quarterly: <br /> Report in <br /> Parameter Units of <br /> Quantity discharged tons <br /> Source(s) of soil discharged -- <br /> Major pollutant(s) and range(s) mg/kg <br /> of concentration <br /> (major pollutant categories include unleaded gasoline, leaded gasoline, lead, <br /> diesel , jet fuel , kerosene, heating oil , crude oil , etc. ) <br />
