Sanchez : <br /> RE: FIRE INSPECTION - 1333 EAST TURNER ROAD, LODI <br /> On November 8 , 1989 , I conducted an inspection of the premises <br /> indicated above . This inspection revealed the following <br /> conditions that shall require correction : <br /> Scale House : <br /> -- Discontinue using extension cords as permanent wiring under the <br /> desk in the dispatch area and remove or replace with approved <br /> wiring. <br /> Shop Building : <br /> -1 . Discontinue using extension Cords as permanent wiring in the <br /> --- -- - following locations and replace with an approved multi-plug <br /> device having a built-in circuit breaker_;__ <br /> a) Shop manager ' s office - to coffee maker <br /> b) - -S-ou-theast wall of old shop-,__-run-n-ing t-hr-ough wall to <br /> storage area <br /> c) West side , front , running outside lights <br /> 2 . Cover plates shall be installed on electrical boxes in the <br /> following locations : <br /> a) Northwest wall of new shop just left of `solvent cleaner <br /> b) Northeast wall left of the east storage room door <br /> c) Southwest wall of shop office <br /> d) Southeast wall of hydraulic shop <br /> 3 . All wiring to overhead lights in new shop have exposed <br /> wiring near boxes . Remove or place wiring in conduit . <br /> CALWASTE <br />
